Privacy policy
Last updated: 7 July 2026
This policy explains what personal information I collect through this website, why I collect it, and what your rights are. I've kept it in plain English.
Who I am
This site is run by Liquid Bold Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
Company number: 15990052
Registered office: 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE
Contact for anything in this policy: info@liquidbold.co.uk
I am the data controller for the information described here — meaning I decide what's collected and why. I'm registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration reference ZB949118.
What I collect, and when
I only collect information when you choose to give it to me, or when it's needed to run the site:
If you sign up for early access to Premise: your email address.
If you book an intro call: your name and email address, and any details you add when scheduling. Bookings are handled through Zoom's scheduling tool (see "Who I share information with" below).
If you email me directly: whatever you include in your message.
When you browse the site: basic, aggregated usage statistics (such as page views), collected without cookies and without identifying you personally.
I don't collect special-category data (things like health, race, or beliefs), and I don't ask for it.
Why I collect it, and my legal basis
Under UK data protection law I need a lawful basis for using your information. Here's the plain version:
Early access sign-ups — so I can contact you about Premise when access opens. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Intro-call bookings and direct emails — so I can respond to you and, if it goes further, talk about working together. Basis: my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps before a possible contract.
Website analytics — so I can understand roughly how the site is used and improve it. Basis: my legitimate interest in running a functional site, kept minimal because the data is aggregated and cookieless.
Who I share information with
I don't sell your data or share it for advertising. I do use a small number of trusted providers to run the site, who process information on my behalf:
Framer — hosts this website, provides the cookieless analytics, and stores submissions from the early-access form (which are also emailed to me).
Zoom — powers the booking scheduler when you arrange a call.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK (including the United States). Where your information is transferred abroad, it's protected by appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
I may also share information if I'm legally required to (for example, in response to a lawful request from an authority).
How long I keep it
Early access sign-ups: until Premise launches and I've been in touch, or until you ask to be removed — whichever comes first.
Booking and enquiry details: for as long as we're in contact, and up to 12 months after our last exchange if nothing comes of it.
Website analytics: retained in aggregate only, per my provider's standard settings.
Your rights
You can ask me to:
See the information I hold about you.
Correct anything that's wrong.
Delete it, or restrict how I use it.
Withdraw consent at any time (for example, to leave the early-access list).
Object to my using it, or ask for a copy to reuse elsewhere.
To do any of these, email info@liquidbold.co.uk. I'll respond within one month.
