Most founder teams are trying to decide if their product is good. I ask if anyone needs it in the first place. Does it speak to something people actually need, and critically, are willing to pay for? Or is it something we assumed they did? When the numbers stall, the instinct is to make the thing better. Let's check we're building the right thing before we spend months optimising the wrong one.
I loved that work. I just wanted to do it for different people. Founders shaping what comes next rarely get that calibre of thinking in the room, and that's who I built Liquid Bold for. The same rigour, pointed at the people creating the future.
Away from my practice, you'll usually find me with a good cup of coffee in hand; exploring the outdoors with my dog, Claude, and/or mulling over why critical thinking matters more than ever in the age of AI. I’m currently building a product that speaks to how our use of AI is reshaping the way we think, and how much we trust our own judgment — watch this space.
PS. Yes, my dog is really called Claude, and for the record, long before Anthropic's was. On a good day I like to think he invented it.
